Real estate agent weekly newsletter template

Agents who stay in touch with past clients and homeowners usually win more listing conversations. The hard part is writing something useful every week without sounding salesy.

Agent Weekly includes one homeowner email in every Monday pack: a subject line plus about 150–250 words of plain text you can copy into your own email tool. We do not send it to your clients — you do.

Subject: Preparing your home for listing photography

When it is time to photograph your home for a listing, a short prep routine makes a real difference. Buyers often form a first impression from photos alone, so the goal is a clean, bright, uncluttered look that feels true to the home.

Start with the rooms buyers care about most: kitchen, primary bedroom, bathrooms, and living areas. Clear counters, open blinds, put away personal items, and turn on every light. Outside, move cars, coil hoses, and tidy the entry.

You do not need a full redesign. Small, practical steps help the photographer capture how the home lives. If you want, I can share a one-page photo-day checklist before the shoot.
