Service. Agent Weekly provides ready-to-use marketing materials for U.S. residential real estate agents for $9/month. Materials are educational marketing aids. We do not promise leads, commissions, sales, or legal/advertising compliance certification. You must review materials and confirm brokerage, MLS, and legal requirements before publishing.

Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel online anytime; cancellation stops renewal and access continues through the paid period. Failed payments follow a defined grace period shown in your dashboard.

Your content. You represent that you have rights to logos, photos, disclosure text, and any achievements, awards, milestones, or client reviews you submit, and that they are accurate. We do not invent testimonials, sales results, credentials, or awards. Optional showcase graphics use only achievements you supplied and approved.

Marketing featuring. If you opt in to “You may feature my name, brokerage and city in Agent Weekly marketing,” we may show that information in tasteful site and outreach copy (for example, that agents at your brokerage in your city already receive their Monday pack). Consent is stored with a timestamp and is revocable in account settings. We do not fabricate member names, brokerages, cities, or subscriber counts. If no one has consented, featured sections render nothing.

Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful content or materials you lack rights to use. Do not misuse free samples.
